The Cougar Invitational is a 32 team invitational wrestling tournament that has been hosted every year since
1996. This tournament has become one of the toughest high school events in the South East U.S.. This tournament IS
NOT for the faint of heart. It boasts its own dedicated web site, computer bouting, digital scoreboards, custom
individual / team awards and a perfect venue. This website allows coaches to submit team rosters online and
archive tournament results with brackets. We'll post competition photos, place finisher photos and videos of many
matches. Every year we strive to improve on the year before. The 18th Annual Cougar Invitational will remain at
the Madonia Center on The Strawberry Festival Grounds. This 25,000+ square foot space will allow for Seven
mats , warm-up areas, and comfortable seating for 1500 people close to the action. We're also bringing
FloWrestling back and utilizing TrackWrestling again. We at the Cougar Invitational are committed to hosting the
finest and most competitive tournament around.
